Typically when I work for a Buyer, my fee is paid by the seller, and by agreement, my fiduciary responsibility is always to the Buyer. When I partner with you to sell your home, for as much as the market will bear, and as quickly as possible, my fiduciary responsibility, by agreement, is always to the Seller.
I have successfully acted as a dual agent representing both the buyer and the seller. In those situations I have been successful because I am after a meeting of the minds between the seller and the buyer.
